The Chalet La Vardache is in a quiet position, located at an altitude of 1260 meters in Cordon. Cordon village, also called "Le Balcon du Mont Blanc" is a traditional mountain village in the heart of the Pays du Mont Blanc, close to the Aravis mountains and facing the Mont Blanc in a unique setting.

A former restaurant, this spacious fully furnished property (over 270 m²) is well equipped with professional-level appliances and amenities Including a bar with beer taps and fireplace.

The chalet is situated on the slopes of Cordon, a small family ski slope with 11 km of slopes facing the Mont Blanc. A ski lift that takes you to the slopes in no time lies opposite the Chalet. Combloux and Megeve are other ski areas and easily accessible by car (15 minutes). The ski area of Chamonix is 35 minutes away.

In the summer, you can indulge in numerous activities in Cordon and its surroundings. You could for example make great hikes or to play golf on the course of Megeve. During the summer, a visit to Chamonix (Mer de Glace and Aiguille du Midi) is unavoidable.
